Without prejudice to legal warranties accorded by all national law, MAROC BUREAU guarantees that its commercial products are exempt from hidden defects for a period of ten (10) years from date of delivery (with the exceptions and exclusions as specified below.)

MAROC BUREAU is committed, as first title of warranty, to repair or replace with a comparable product, at our own discretion and without costs (products and pieces), any product, element, or component showing a defect in normal conditions of use.

Exceptions

• 8 years: Textiles, upholstery (seat et support), non-electric mechanisms for adjustable worktops, partition doors and their frames and mechanisms, all other mechanisms (including chair mechanisms), foams, wood veneers, and other coatings and finishes of Maroc Bureau’s  products.
  
  
• 3 years: Leather and acrylic standards of Maroc Bureau  (including armrests).

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects due to the following:

• Normal wear and tear,
• To the application, installation, reconfiguration and maintenance of products in nonconformity with the instructions and directives of MAROC BUREAU,
• Misuse, incorrect use or accidents, or repeated shocks, such as chair armrests that are attached against the angles of wood tops,
• Any modification of the product,
• Use by more than one time per day; in this case, the warranty period will be proportionally reduced.

Products and materials listed below are not included under this warranty:

• Products considered as consumable (ex. lamps and ballasts),
• Textiles and materials belonging to the purchaser or non-standard,
• Variations of color materials, patina of woodworking surfaces or assortment of graining, of texture or coloring in the substrates or dissimilar lots.

MAROC BUREAU reserves the right to request the return of any defective products prior to their replacement.matériaux
This limited warranty constitutes the sole remedy against the manufacturer in case of product defect.
The responsibility of MAROC BUREAU is strictly limited to obligations herein defined and it is expressly agreed that MAROC BUREAU will under no circumstances be compelled to indemnify the purchaser for indirect, immaterial damages or operating losses.
